Mother Lisa and several Christ Church members participated in the Monmouth County Historical Society’s reading of the Declaration of Independence, Thursday, July 4th at the Allen House.
Association President acted as master of ceremonies. Shrewsbury Mayor Kim Eulner, Reverend Lisa Mitchell from Christ Church Shrewsbury and Rev. Katja Gruening from The Presbyterian Church at Shrewsbury, also joined in the festivities. The bells at Christ Church will rang in honor of the signing.
Christ Church had have an OPEN HOUSE in which members of our very own Dead Actors’ entertained and supplied tours for visitors until noon.
